I have a little different opinion on what to do once you crossed Lindbergh. As you already have been cleared into Bravo, you are legally in this airspace. If you can&#039;t reach North Island, you can go back to Lindbergh, say them your intentions of climbing next to/above the field to go back to VFR corridor altitude. As long as you stay in touch with the Lindbergh controllers you should be fine until reaching 3300 feet to then go north or south.

Additionally, you can always ask for a 180 and go back the way you came, staying at 1500 feet. Usually just a few people do this transitiion and you can easily go back the way you came. By doing this you stay clear of North Island and you can come back to MZB VOR where you supposedly started your trip into Lindbergh&#039;s Class B.</description>
